Research Analyst
Abigail Wulah is a research analyst in the sexual and reproductive health program area. She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she earned a Master of Science in public health and focused on using a life course perspective to research sexual and reproductive health outcomes, specific to youth and women. During her studies, Abigail conducted research on adolescent food insecurity, youth employment outcomes, and the implementation of comprehensive sexual education. Additionally, Abigail interned at the National Coalition of STD Directors, providing technical assistance to members as they adjusted their youth-centered programs due to COVID-19.
Before her work at Johns Hopkins, Abigail implemented various health interventions in Liberia, West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer. She also helped provide family planning to hundreds of adolescents, trained youth in sexual and reproductive health community outreach, and advocated for pregnant youth to be allowed in schools.
